Penbryn Beach was the location for the climax of Die Another Day, where it doubled for North Korea: a temple was built on the cliff for a love scene between Halle Berry and Pierce Brosnan. Day three of the '007 Days of Bond tour' recognised Wales' connections to James Bond, including Colwyn Bay-born Timothy Dalton, Shirley Bassey, Tom Jones and Desmond Llewellyn.
